Voucher Confusion

So I have a parent that pays with vouchers and she was late submitting her paperwork to re-certify. But when the new vouchers came it approved her from where the old ones left off. I submitted the vouchers for payment and they sent me an invoice detail for only 3 days and $28...I'm so confused if they approved her my pay should have been the same right???


Any suggestions??
I'm going to call the office now to see what they say

What happened?

In my state, denial notices often overlap the deadlines for parents to receive their new vouchers so many providers panic thinking care is not going to be covered.

Will you still be paid the correct amount?

They received the new paperwork and I should be getting a new invoice soon for the correct amount.
