I'm trying to decide whether to raise my rates. I can't seem to find any providers in my area willing to give up information on their rates and I'm getting a lot of inquiries and people seem very happy with my rates. I think I may be undercutting myself. In MA, what is your daily rate, for how many hours? TIA!

I think rates really depend on where you are in the state. Even just one town or city over from you could be very different in terms of what providers charge. If you haven't already, you may want to check the EEC website. Here's a link that I think will help you: http://www.eec.state.ma.us/ChildCare...rlyEduMap.aspx
Plug in your zip code or town/city. It will bring up providers in your area along with the rates they charge and the hours they work. You can at least get an idea of what the average for your specific area is based on the info there. Hope that helps.
