Once you open a free account, you can do courses for free. Supposedly they are accepted in any state.

FYI Kansas providers - these courses are not KDHE approved so we can't use them for our annual training hours

I emailed the state and that was the response that I got.

These are approved for MI. They are listed on page 12 of the Michigan Child Care Matters issue #101. There are a couple of other links on the same page for free and low cost trainings that can be used for your hours.
