    Only Thursday???

    Longest week EVER!!!!

New kids..., they are fine. Old kids trying to be bossy & tattling, UGH! One (old) DCB is in timeout so much I have lost count. Oh, to be 3.5 & be in charge!

    How's your week going?

This is the longest week for me too! I was just talking to DH this morning about how slow it's going.

School starts next Tuesday so kids are bouncing off the walls with nervous excitement! I also have a DCB that's finishing up here next week who is the biggest handful out of the bunch. I'll miss him, but our day will be so much calmer once he's gone.

I'm looking forward to getting through the back-to-school transition and getting back to "normal"! Oh wait...then it's a 3 day weekend (Labor day) and then I'll be doing the "long weekend without structure reprogramming". Oh well, some day we'll hit "normal"...maybe!

This is seriously one of the longest weeks I have had a in while! It was Tuesday and my neighbor (who also runs a daycare) said is it Friday yet? I was like uugghh it's not even Wednesday yet... My own kids just started back to school last week and the new routine is still taking some time.

The week went by pretty fast. But I just lost my favorite DCF. I'm totally devestated. They are family friends and we will see them plenty, but I still feel really sad. The dcg is best friends with my dd7 and I don't have any other SA.
On a good note they are my last family to leave at night so I get to close a half hour earlier.

My week was ok until today!

SA dcb is being a punk
SA dcg arrives bawling her eyes out, hyperventilating, and having a fight w/mom
She has a processing disorder & it took her a good hour to calm down, she still isn't herself but better than this morning.

            2 yo is fine :-)
