Breen and her husband can't have kids, so they adopted--an 8-week-old boy, who's now 4, and a 4-year-old girl, now 10.
Breen says, and CPS documents confirm, that she called CPS on her daughter, who's been struggling with behavioral issues.
"They turned it around as though I was neglecting my kids," Breen said. "Instead of helping me with my problem, they made a bigger problem and shut my daycare down."
For her part, Breen insisted that she never neglected her children.
"How can you neglect your kids when you're calling to get help?" she asked. "I could have been like most parents, and shoved the incident under a rug and not asked for help, but being a daycare provider I'm a mandated reporter. I did what I was supposed to do."
