I have a DCB that is 18 months old and is not sleeping well any where.
DCP do not have a good routine with either of their kids, but their younger child who is 18 months has pretty much stopped sleeping at home during the night, will not take naps and has turned into a walking zombie. Here at daycare the child is not napping but maybe 20-30 minutes and then will just lay there the rest of the time. The behavior here is good, just always looks like he is just out of it.
Eating less has also been a huge issue during this time. The child is hardly eating at meal times.
I am not sure if there is a real issue here, or if it is a lack of parenting on the parents part....BTW their old son who is only 3 goes to bed sometimes past midnight many nights out of the week. That child just sleeps all darn day......
any advice on what I can do to help get this kid back on a routine so that they will sleep while they are at least here?
