    Storage/Nap Room help!

I know we have been talking a lot about organization and cleaning and such on here ... just wondering if you guys could throw a few ideas at me regarding THIS room. It is the infant nap room - I do not have any infants right now, so it is not being used as a nap room ... instead it has been turned into daycare storage. But I don't really have any storage in there other than my art/craft cabinet.

We are stuck with the piano (MIL/FIL left it here and DH doesn't want to move it), and the computer isn't our main computer - it is set up for our own kid use once they are old enough to be playing a game on there every now and then so they don't have to use our lap top

I was thinking cupboards along the walls ... DH says no... Should I just line the walls with tubs? Haha.

First picture - standing in the doorway
Second - to the right of the doorway
Third - standing by the window
Fourth - inside the art cabinet

ETA - Well, rats, the pictures aren't loading up right now. I'll have to try later as the kids are finishing up breakfast.

I think what I would do is along the wall of "stuff" do a wall shelving system. You could leave a space where your filing cabinet is and they can all be arranged the height/size you need. Everything else can be stored in magazine holders (frequently used papers, etc..) and other stuff in bins or baskets depending on how "fancy" you want it to look- also it would be easy to instal - which sounds like it would make hubby happy.
Could you move the piano over to the other short wall(by the window)? I feel like having the big wall free would be nice if you wanted to keep the cabinet and put a cute desk there for the kiddos-

That is a great idea! I'm going to have to do some measuring and play around with a couple different layouts.

If it's only going to be used as an infant nap room and storage room, you could get a couple of those shelves with the 6 cubby holes or a few low bookcases and divide the room. I would face the openings away from the sleeping area that way you could store things in them and no one can see them. I also like the idea of the piano on the shorter wall.
