I am setting up a day hourly rate & and evening hourly rate. I was wondering what is the difference in rates that you charge - $0.50 more or $1.00 more, or what? Thanks.

How to charge for daycare
You should be able to check with the county that you live in (the dept that handles child care licensing) they should be able to give you a good idea. When I started doing daycare I looked in our local paper and called different daycares that were near me and asked what they charged. Different locations can charge different rates, some areas can charge more just because of location. Where I live, it seems rural areas charge less, "nice" suburbs seem to charge more, closer to the metro area charges a little less than suburbs. Hope that helps, good luck!
