Curry time!

I know....I'm crazy!

Licensing came to do annual re-licensing inspection at 1PM. Left at 1:45 PM....perfect visit...very quick...no violations. New inspector was very sweet.

I always get 100% on a visit and yet I stress like they're going to amputate my legs if I breathe wrong...

I just threw together a chicken curry (my fave) and am chowing down while the kids sleep. Comfort/stress relief food! YAY!!!!!!!!!!!!
