    I Got A Gift From A Parent!

    And it's "butt cream"! Sorry I just had to announce that to lighten things up. It honestly is the most unique gift I've ever received. One of my dcm makes her own diaper ointment for her daughter and since she has super sensitive skin and wears cloth diapers (haven't had a problem here since I change on a super strict schedule to avoid any issues - which she was saying thank you for). She made some for my son as a "thank you" gift with a cute jar with his name on it. Made me feel good to get acknowledged. I mean I get "thank you" and hugs all the time but this is a new one and I love it!

    Now to look forward to the rest of the week!

    How about you guys? Any happy stuff that happened so far this week?

      Awww that's so sweet and thoughtful! I would totally appreciate a gift of homemade 'butt cream' as strange as that sounds to people without kids ::

          My mom once got my brother butt paste as a gag gift for Easter because he always said "My butt itches" (it was part of a joke).

              My dh was looking at me like I was crazy when I told him! It's such a cute gift!

              The "butt paste" comment made me crack up! I have to wonder if he could or did use it...

                  How cool! And unique

                  Happy things lately? A long-time dcf of 2, cleaned out their dd's room and sent in 2 huge bags of floor puzzles and nice wooden puzzles! YAY! Plus yesterday they also brought in a box of Littlest Petshop toys. While I have to watch the 'tasters' or keep them away, the 4-6 yo little girls are having a blast with those!
