I just ordered this curriculum yesterday. I ordered the downloaded version. I was supposed to be sent an email with a link to download.....but never got it. I emailed them and got no answer. I called and there was no answer. My fees have already gone through. Their web page said you should have the email within 12 hours. Anyone else have this problem with them?

Have you looked to see if they have a facebook page? Maybe there are some complaints/fixes on there or you could leave a message. I would call again. Answering machine?

A couple providers I know in my area also bought this curriculum and never got the e-mail but got charged for it.

I hope they have ironed out the issue by now.
