    Interview Tomorrow

for a 10 month old. It sounds really promising after our phone interview.
My only problem is she wants to start MONDAY.
I have 2 kids that nap in pack - n - plays and one of them just turned 2. I had planned on moving him in the next few months to a floor mat -but I know it is going to be rough so I have been putting it off. If I get this 10 month old I'll have to move him quick.

    any suggestions?

    My layout.
I have a single floor - ranch style home with 3 bdrms. the "master" (if you can call it that..) is our play room.
right across the hall are 2 small bedrooms. (my kids)
I have one dcg in pnp in one room and a dcb in pnp in the other.
I have a 3yr old dcb that sleeps on a matt on the play room floor (there isn't much room on the floor for more than 2 or so bodies.

I have to move this 2 yr old dcb from a pnp to a mat on the floor next to my 3yr old. they are both mischeif boys - is this going to be a nightmare?

Can anyone suggest ways to make it easier? any ideas?

I have 2 enclosed play areas (Litttle Playzones Sights and Sounds, and another 6 panel one). They do not have bottoms and fold up easily. You can make them whatever size you need to. I take the 6 panel one and only use 4 panels, and transition from pnp to mats by way of this. Works well. They are on a mat, yet can't get up and wonder around.
