Looking For A Specific Daycare Program/App (Observations)??

I thought I got the link from here, but can't seem to find it. I also thought I saved it but again, not sure where it is if I did. It was some sort of daycare/classroom management app. What I really remember is it allowed you to do great observations on the kids. You could write notes, add pictures, audio, or video as sort of an online portfolio. Anyone know a program like that? It also had an app version so you could do it on the go....

I use Tadpoles, and it does all of those things.

I looked at that one, but it seemed like you couldn't link your notes and pictures in the same observation. Is that true? I wanted to be able to write detailed notes, add audio, picture, etc all to the same observation.
