    Tweeking my contract

Just a random question for all the experienced providers out there My policy states "immediate termination" for anyone if they mask a fever and bring the child. If that were to happen, do you refund the deposit (mine is for their last 2 weeks, but I state requirements- 4 weeks notice and up-to-date with tuition and fees)? I hope to never have to do it, but just curious!

My contract states that I will terminate for any reason I see fit, including: unacceptable behavior of child (violence, aggression, etc.), unacceptable behavior of parent (lying to me, failure to pay, aggression, violence, etc.). It then states that return of a deposit is ONLY at MY discretion in the case of termination by either party. If a parent terminates without 2 weeks notice, the deposit is used for the "notice period". If I terminate with cause (parent sending sick child), it will not be refunded. If I feel that I can not hold up my end of the contract, ONLY then will a deposit be refunded.

Thanks! I want to be able to keep a deposit IF I must do an immediate term, since it would be for grave misbehavior of parents to even get into that situation and I don't want to have to miss out on the income it would take to fill that spot again. But I wasn't sure how to put it, professionally, in my contract!
