I set up my new rate sheet starting September 1!!!
I am currently charging by the hour, but come September it will be by set number of days for the week.
5 Days - $200
4 Days - $180
3 Days - $150
2 Days - $110
1 Day - $60
And, no more letting late payments go without a late fee, either.
I am sure I will lose all families but my full timer (no rate change)
I have already terminated one family a couple of weeks ago for not showing up, bounced cheque, and various other little things. And, I'm having issues with another dcm for not showing up or calling for a week. I reminded her about the contract she signed.
The new rates will definitely be a change for them. They will have to pay for the full day when they come. No more fooling around with calculating hours. It's so time consuming and a hassle to keep track of. I love it... they will hate it.
I am secretly hoping they all quit and I can go get a job. I am really not liking the seclusion all day long... craving adult interaction big time.
