Here's another horrid CL ad. I'm going to assume that English is not the first language here, but even with that..what's going on with the hours vs. cost? And the hours of operation in a home daycare?! Who would pay hourly when they can just pay a lower flat rate?

HMMMM..Wouldn't EVERYONE claim to have a low income to get even cheaper rates?
