    Help writing new contract

    I can probably do it myself...but my brain is busy elsewhere so I'll pick yours

    I need a contract for this situation:

    long time DCF with like, 1400th schedule change. I'm finally making a new contract because this agreement is drastically different.

    From now until the end of August, they are "scheduled' for Weds-Sat but are only paying for what they use. Weds-Fri are $30/day and Sat is $50.

    After the end of Aug they will be still scheduled for every Sat at $50 and I would LIKE the $50 whether they use the Sat or not...especially if they are holding the rest of the days for dcm's new baby next spring.

    Sooooo....someone with brain power to spare, write me a contract!!!

    X date - Aug 31st

    Wed-Fri drop in rate: $30/day between hours of x am and x on
    Sat drop-in rate: $50/day between hours of x am and x pm

    Days must be booked x hours in advance (then add if it has to be in writing)

    (Optional: Once a day is scheduled payment is due unless provider cancels. Therefore, if you book a day and your child is sick or you change plans payment is still due.)

    From Sept 1st weekdays will continue at a dropin rate as needed. Saturdays are billed by slot and payment of $50/day will be due for each and every Saturday regardless of attendance.


    Payment is due daily/weekly/biweekly/monthly/in advance on x day by x am/pm.

      So after August their schedule will remain the same, as in they may or may not use all the days Wed-Sat, but the change is that you want to be paid only for Saturday if they don't use it? What about the rest of the days?

      Are you telling them that if they want an occasional Saturday that they have to pay every Saturday for you to be available as needed or would that be contingent upon sufficient notice from them? Say they gave you a week or two week's notice for a Saturday they needed. You wouldn't bill all the weeks in between but if they didn't show you'd keep the money for the day that was reserved.

      Sorry for all the questions.... I obviously don't have the brain power to spare at the moment... ::
