    Follow-Up Program

Does anyone have a follow up program they use for after interviewing and for parents that are currently enrolled in order to improve retention?

I'm not sure if I know what you're referring to, but what I usually do to retain parents is have a parent survey every now and then, to see how they think I'm doing as a provider. I would try to change up things if reasonable, or explain a policy further and why I must use it in order to keep their children safe. If you let the parents know how much you appreciate their business and care about how they feel about your services, then they won't worry much about their child being in your program.

I do the same... I especially do a parent surveys before major changes to policy so they feel heard .
