I had my interview today for a dcb3... It went very well I think. At one point the dad asked if he can come to pick up dcb unannounced occasionally. I said well... Yes- I said if you stop in tho you are picking up because it is too confusing other wise (thank you forum!). He agreed. Then I said... If you are picking up before lunch it is nice to know so I can not make extra food for him. He agreed. I said when do you think it may happen? He said sometimes he works nights and would like to get him at 2-3 occ if he wakes up early!! 
I said oh- that wouldn't work! I said that is nap time and he would be in with the other kids- I won't wake others up just to get him. I told them I try to keep grumpy overtired kids to a min!! I told him- if you can let me know before nap I am happy to lay him down out of the room so you could get him.
So that was a yes that turned quickly into a big fat NO!!
