you can also add other to a reply if you use something not in the poll.

I used to use cribs, daycare cribs but then regulations changed and so did my ages of kids. I also used cots at one time and switched to Lakeshore mats that are indestructible. So far they are holding up well and comfortable for the kids. Two one to lay on and one to be covered with. I wash as needed or at least once a week. Works great for me.

      Cots and I LOVE them.

Each child has a 1/2 yard of fleece as a blanket (each a different color) and a crib sheet (all different) that goes over it. They pick the blanket and the crib sheet at the beginning of the week.
I throw a load of blankets in the washer on Fridays after naptime and switch it over to do a load of crib sheets. Works well. The kids know to separate them into piles, even. ::

Great idea. I also use cots ad LOVE them. Right now I have the kids bring their own blanket and I provide the sheet. But I love the idea of different colored fleece blankets. I already have the kids color coded so that would be perfect!

I use a combo. Pack n plays for the little ones, mats for the kids learning to sleep in the big kid room and collapsible cots for the older children.

I am so stealing this idea!

I have the same cots... How does the crib sheet fit on them? Do you wrap it all the way around under the legs?

Pack and plays with a fitted sheet until 12 -18 months.

From 12-18 months until school age use mats with a bottom and top blanket.

I would love cots, but don't really have a place to store them. The mats fold and are placed on a shelf.

I am with 18-24 month olds, and we use cots.

Pack-and-plays until about 18 months or so, then a mat. I provide bedding because I do not want any character stuff here. Crib sheets and homemade blankets; each child has one blanket that is "theirs" for familiarity, but sheets and pillowcases and extra-layer blankets in winter vary at each laundering.

I have cots. They take up a lot of space. I want to switch to mats. I also use pack & plays and keep them set up.

This is exactly what I do. I would love some cots, but since I just started up I can't justify buying the mats then turning right around and buying cots.

I used to use mats, but they just weren't durable enough. Cots last.longer in my opinion.
