Writing In A Text Link.....Website Help

I am redoing my website........

I am not sure how to ask what I am trying to do but will do my best to explain.

I want to create a text on my site that says: 'go to design page', and make it so when you click on it, you go to the design page.

Otherwise are you using a wordpress site? It would be similar to creating the link here on the forum. You just highlight the text go to design page and then click on the icon.

Also if you are using a web hosting site like Webs.com, Weebly.com etc the web tools should already have a button for you to enter the link address. So you should be able to type "Go to this link" and then highlight the part of the text that you want to turn into a link and then click on the link button. A new little window should pop up with a place to enter your link and that should also do it.
