Taking Our 1st Big Field Trip Tomorrow....Wish Us Luck!
I guess this isn't technically our 1st big field trip. Two years ago we took about 10 kids to a Pumpkin Patch where they had mazes and kids picked out pumpkins and little things to do. But tomorrow we're taking 11 kids ages 18months-6 years old to the ZOO! It's a little over an hour drive there and it's supposed to be SUPER hot!!!! The good thing about this is we'll have 11 adults as well (6 parents and 5 staff members). I was surprised at the number of families who chose to keep their child home instead of letting them come. I guess I just assumed it wasn't a big deal. One of the adults going with us is a State Cop and he's driving one of the vans. Oh well, I don't want to be too overwhelmed anyways since I'm 36 weeks pregnant! Wish us luck!
