    Its been kinda slow on the board this weekend so I thought I would share this.

    The best facts to remember when talking about day nap vs. night sleep:
    * Naps decrease the time to fall asleep at night by 14%
    * Naps increases the ability to sleep through the night by 12%
    * Naps increase night time sleep by 20 minutes

    Sadly, many parents aren't interested whether or not napping is good for the CHILD.

    They are only interested in what they perceive as good/easy for THEM.
