Question of the Day!!!

I'm quoting you because you mentioned a window of time that your door is left unlocked but this is for anyone that does contracted hours...
How do you charge an "early arrival fee" on the people that show up after you're already open? I get that the first client of the day may arrive to a locked door and have to wait, but what about the next clients that are allowed to just stroll in early? Does it bother you? Do you still charge?
I have a schedule hanging on the cabinet door right by the entry way. It lists each parents scheduled arrival time. I also have a clock right next to it so parents can see they are early/late.
I charge them early arrival fees (to be paid at pick up that day) and late pick up fees (to be paid in morning at drop off).
My families all have consistent and regular drop off/pick up times so I don't have to deal with constantly changing times every day.- Flag
