    Baby with herpes

    I do childcare in my home & have recently had a mother contact me about doing care for her two children, ages 4 and 6 weeks. She informed me on the home visit that the baby has herpes. Does anyone know anythng about babies with herpes? I am not sure if I want to take on this responsibility & can not really find anything on-line either. Hoping someone can help. Thanks In advance. Angie

      So i just found out this morning that a child that has been in my care for a year an a half. Might have gental herpes!!!! Mom disclosed also that she does have herpes so she thinks that this child contracted this through birth!!! I do have a contract that has a space to list this stuff and she never ever said anything about
