You have your answer. ANY child that makes you HATE your job must be termed. Either you term them or they'll basically term you since you'll burn out quickly.

I have high tolerance and would prob work with the child a bit more and this is why...

Teething- can be miserable for many kids
Age- not being able to talk at this age. He prob knows what he wants but can't express it, simple signing can help,
tolerance- I don't easily give up and this doesn't always work for the better of myself.

I agree with the advise that your getting- just have to know yourself and what your tolerance level is and end level. Don't build up to the point of overboard or no return-
