    The Application For The TLLCCF/Tylenol Award Is Posted

    Here is the info on the application I know some of you thought it was spam last fall when it was posted but I am so glad I entered I had a BLAST at the awards yes they paid for the plane and room We only had to pay for my friends ticket on the plane. start thinking of a project and get working on the application it really was not that hard to do.

    Applications for the 2014 Terri Lynne Lokoff/Children's TYLENOL® National Child Care Teacher Awards available

    The Terri Lynne Lokoff/Children’s TYLENOL® National Child Care Teacher Awards honors the work and dedication of early care and education teachers and acknowledges the influential role child care teachers play in the lives and development of young children. The award is presented by the Terri Lynne Lokoff Child Care Foundation and by title sponsor McNeil Consumer Healthcare, Division of McNeil-PPC, Inc. - the makers of Children’s TYLENOL®. Recipients or the National Child Care Teacher Awards will each receive $1,000.

    Applications for the 2014 National Child Care Teacher Awards may be obtained at www.tllccf.org . All applications must be post marked by December 6, 2013. In the meantime, we encourage interested child care teachers and providers to review the program guidelines and to begin filling out the application, downloadable as a Word document from the TLLCCF's website.

    Fifty selected winners will receive an award of $1,000: $500 to implement their award-winning project and $500 for personal use. From the 50 selected winners, one receives the Helene Marks Award and is named the National Child Care Teacher of the Year and receives an additional $1,000. The Helene Marks Award is the Foundation’s highest honor a child care teacher or provider can receive. All 50 winners are brought to Philadelphia as guests of the Foundation to be celebrated at a special ceremony in their honor at the Please Touch Museum at Memorial Hall, Philadelphia, PA on Thursday, April 3, 2014.
