    Question About Ad

I am trying to fill a position, either for PT, B & A & I would even consider FT too. I am not getting any calls & it is making me frustrated. My train of thinking was in giving an incentive either to a current parent who finds me a new client and/or I thought of placing a newspaper ad that offered a discount/incentive. I do a lot of assembling of meals (lasagna, enchiladas, chicken parmesan, etc) & even thought of including dinner 1x a week for current clients or once a month (maybne weekly is too ambitious, ). What I want opinions on is if you saw an ad offering a perk or icnentive (25% discount or home cooked meal to take home) would you think I was desparate or would you think it was creative? I don't want to come across as desparate. Thoughts?

I would think the 25% off discount would be good. People are always looking for ways to save money. Maybe offer free registration with first months tuition?

As for the parents finding you a client..maybe a free parents night out? No matter what you do on this, I personally would wait until the NEW client has signed up for you for say like 3 months or so. That way you don't get someone looking for freebies

Anyway those thoughts you have are great and I don't think desperate. If anything I think you are creative and looking for ways to help your business and your clients (and future clients)!
