The Letters Are Printed Off!!

Well, the letters are written up and ready to be handed out at pickup.

I am going back to school this fall and I had to make some changes to my hours.

With that, 1 letter is different than all the rest. It's a term letter for a family. I really don't think they can accommodate the new hours and rather than open up room for negotiations, I am giving them 7 weeks notice.

I'm sick to my stomach about mom's response but I really hope things go smoothly.

Has anyone had a good experience when they termed?!

I've never terminated someone and had them continue coming. It has always been effective immediately and those are hit or miss. ::
I'm about to be in the same boat as you today, except my reason is breach of contract.
