Hello, I am wondering how much distance needs to be between a daycare center and a bar in Wisconsin. I cant seem to find any information. Thanks!

I am family, but I am pretty sure that other than meeting commercial zoning ordinances for your city/township, there is no "rule" that says a bar can't be close to a daycare. We have several dc centers in town that are quite close to bars (one is almost directly across the main street).Comment

Your local city/county zoning department is the only entity that can answer your question. Or perhaps your licensing agency. Every city/county/state has it's own zoning.codes. In my city, any educational facility has to be 500 feet from a bar.Comment

I am from WI too and have never read anything regarding centers & bars.....and we do have a huge % of bars here!Comment
