    Yup it's Monday

The 4 yo & 3 yo walked in with candy this morning.

The newly potty trained 3 yo came in a 1-pc. I reminded mom of the "easy off" clothing policy. Dcm responds "Oh it's ok, *** has a pull-up on."

    *head*desk*

    And nobody ate breakfast

    Yup - it's Monday!

    How is yours going?

First day back after a 4-day weekend. My kids and I are exhausted from our fun and exciting vacation, I have cleaning and tidying to do (despite it all being done by Wednesday night last week, it was a "stay"cation and so the house got a bit messy as we came and went all weekend).

One dck is testing limits big time (he does it in subtle, odd ways. He's interesting). One is fairly normal but fussier than usual. One is 14 weeks so I don't anticipate any difference from her. Though she does tend to be fussier on Monday than on Thursday (her usual last day of the week).

I have to jump back into the school routine with my daughter (homeschool) and the daycare routine and the cleaning routine, and I'd rather jump back into bed.

    Gonna be a looooong day.
Hee hee! Look, I have a signature!

I had a no show today, and they didn't call. They come every other week. I really don't care because this gma was the spying gma i wrote about. I did need some extra cash but sometimes I will take the loss instead of dealing with crazy.

Mine is actually going well, which is extremely unusual since it was cloudy/raining this morning. Whenever it's cloudy, the children's behavior is always extreme!

I had a dcp bring in a bathing suit for dcg, and put the it (in a plastic bag) in dcg's cubby. Dcg asked me HOURS later to look at her suit, and thank GOD she did ask me, it was wet, probably had been in the bag for a few days and starting to smell/get moldy.

It's waiting by the front door for DCM to bring it home to wash it. G R O S S!

            Yep, Monday for sure!

Evidently my Monday is going lots better than most of yours. Yikes! What do you do with no-shows? These are paying weekly families and they don't bother to call to let you know they're not coming? I'd be upset too.

I've got 7 kids and they've all be getting along pretty well. Just one little altercation that I can remember. Everybody ate well at breakfast and lunch, well except my 1 usual picky kid because he doesn't like anything. Wouldn't even try his Sloppy Joe at lunch time. Oh well, his loss.

My 6 yo drama queen has been fussy a few times but after accessing what may be going on, I walk away and don't give her the attention she's fussing for.
And 3 more hours and they'll all be gone! Yay!

I have all 6 kids here today. My 21 month old dcb who I call "the tornado" is in full effect today, stealing pacifiers, eating paintbrushes, flipping over the dog, jumping on the couch, you name it he is doing it!

I have a dcb who is potty training (doing really well) and went to go to the bathroom and came back without his shorts on. Don't ask me where they are, I've looked EVERYWHERE!

My food program sponsor was supposed to come at 3, but called and came 2 1/2 hours early-as I was putting the kids to sleep, thank goodness all but one of the 4 nappers were laying down by the time she got here, but the tornado kept throwing his pacifier and screaming as the lady was talking to me.

And to top it off, my dog has gas and smells soooo bad. I had to spray air freshner in my house before the food program lady arrived so she didn't think it was me.....

                Other than that....

I have one who hides his wet pants in the BOTTOM of my laundry hamper, or in the trash, or in the shower, or in my makeup drawer. I've found wet pants in ODD places. ::

I have a full house today...even my drop-in DCB who is a handful. The two 18 month olds have learned to throw over the weekend and the two 4 year olds have decided to bicker all day. Add in running and it has been a FUN day! Tomorrow has to be better...::

Oh I PRAY they weren't flushed down the potty! Having to pull one up is no fun...believe me

Ahhh, that's one of my pet peeves! The kids think they can walk around here and eat where they please and also take their cups everywhere. It's obvious that they do it at home! One day they will get it that they have to actually sit at the table, well maybe.

We had a full class today- 12 two year olds! Thank goodness we were able to get out for an hour in the morning and a little over an hour in the afternoon! It has been so rainy here for a few weeks so it was really nice. Everyone slept really long today too.

So I guess we didn't have too bad of a Monday (with the kids anyway... the adults were another story).
