After countless attempts at saying I would obtain my degree, I've finally started taking the steps to actually go back to school!
With that being said and for things to go smoothly, I need to downsize my group so that I'll have time to do everything I'll need to.
Has anyone ever downsized before? How do you decipher who to keep and who to let go?
I'm suppose to take on a new sibling to a full timer October but the more I think about it, I really don't think I want to take a newborn again. The youngest kid in my group just turned a year last month and the oldest is 4.
I've had the 4 year old since he was 8 weeks old and would definitely benefit from preschool but I don't think dcm has the flexibility in her job to transport back and forth and I don't offer any transportation.
Then I thought about letting go of the ones that come the earliest or stay the latest.
Is there any good way to do this?
