I have in my handbook that parents supply their necessities like wipes and diapers and I remind them to bring more before they run out. If they forget then I usually still have at least 2 days of supplies left. If they run completely out and I've reminded them to bring replacements then I'll open a package of my own (I buy wipes by the case at Costco) and charge $5. They still have to bring a supply of their own and I just save the extras until they need to be restocked again. I do the same for diapers (clients give me extra leftover diapers so I have a good collection in pretty much every size) except that I charge $1 a diaper. I even do this if they forget to bring extra clothes and I have to use some of my stash and they have to take my clothes home. I charge them a deposit for what they take and then I credit it back to their next week's fee once I get it back and if its in the same condition that it was in when I loaned it out.
