I think I'd laugh at them while saying, "sorry, not going to work, & good luck with that!" Wow! The nerve!

I wouldn't mind if they wanted to come by a few times for a few minutes, or even to be drop ins a few times over the summer on my "low on kids" days.

But, to negotiate my contract? I'd have snorted at that. They would clearly be your WORST clients. People who want a pay only for what they use, not the spot, are the ones who have Grandma keep them for free every chance they get.

They'd let anybody who will watch them for free keep them. Especially at the worst possible time for YOU. It's always when you need the income the most that they take it from you. But, if you agree to it, you can't blame them.

But, they are the same people who will respectfully pay the dance school, or the private school, or "real preschool" because they are paying "tuition", not a babysitter.

They are out of their Damn minds, sorry but that is Ludacris to even try to give you back their own version of your contract?! Dont even question yourself....if you did take them on they will obviously try to take advantage since they know they both will be a big part of your income....not even worth the head ache....
