    Problem #2

Since I recently moved, and its been almost a year since I first became "listed" with the state I had to send of a new application. FYI I am in TX. I printed off all the forms, filled, them out and turned them in. I had to send the forms to Houston, and the papers specifically stated that fees were to be sent to Austin. I thought this was strange, but figured they knew what they were doing and had a system. Yesterday I got a letter for licensing and was like yay!!! This was the dumbest letter that i have ever received. It said that my application had been rejected because the never received an application.. WTH? That makes no sense! It also said that I had not paid the fees. The person I am supposed to talk to never answers or calls back. The "desk lady" is rude and not helpful. Now what?

I would go down to licensing office and talk to them in person.
    Good luck

I'm listed too, and nothing I've ever tried to do with DFPS has been easy. I think they try to make it as hard as they can to punish us for not being registered.

That's crazy! If you have to send in anything else I'd make a copy of it before sending, then send registered mail or with tracking info so you've got proof of where and when it was delivered.
