Do you have to wear gloves to use this?

Yes. NOT because the substance is harmful (it is NOT) but because the bubbles will burst if you have any oil or dirt on your hands.

The gloves are just for catching the bubbles.

The added glycerin makes bubbles really bouncy and more rubber-y like.

If you don't plan to "catch" or "hold" them, gloves won't be necessary.
