Does This Sound Fair?

So I have 2 interviews set uphappyfacehappyface! They don't need care right away tho. I have in my contract a weekly holding fee (1/2 rate for 2 weeks, after that full rate). I was thinking of telling them I would hold it at half rate for the summer and they may come 2 days a week if they wanted. 3 months just seems like a long time to hold a spot at full rate. I need something. They each have 2 children, so in reality it would be like getting full rate for 2 kids each week.

Should I stick with 2 weeks partial and the rest full? Or cut them a deal?

Unless you think you want to try to fill the spots sooner, that would be a good compromise if they were willing to pay!

Thank you! I would love to fill the spots sooner, but have had them open since Feb with not a whole lot of luck. There are just so many openings in our area right now and I guess no one to really fill them. We'll see how it goes I guess.
