Tired DCB

My dcb just arrived at 7:30 am. His mom said he 'may' be tired and was telling me she was just lying him down for bed when a storm started here last night....it didn't start until 11 pm!!!

Why would you have a 2.5 yo up until 11 pm when they have to be up by 7 am? Now he's going to be so cranky this morning!!! UGHHHHH!

I have 2 boys around that same age and my dcf blame it on nap says they won't go to sleep until that time! Funny thing is it happens on week-ends and vacations too, when they don't nap! Wonder where the problem REALLY lies?

On the plus side, at least they are spending quality time with their kids!::
