University Students Wanting To Learn About Daycare Marketing!

Hello! We are a group of students from Simon Fraser University in Vancouver, Canada. We are currently wanting to learn more about how daycares market themselves for a business course at SFU and we would greatly appreciate it if you have 5 minutes of your time to fill out a quick survey for our research. We are hoping to develop a model for daycares to improve their marketing strategies to parents.

Thank you very much, your time is much appreciated.

Question 8 is unclear: " Please rank the following information in order of their importance for your marketing. (With 1 being most important and 5 being least important)" and the choices are "Waitlist, Qualifications, Capacity, Location, and Reputation for Safety", and the scale is from "Strongly Agree to Strongly Disagree" even though the question says it should be a scale from 1-5.

I don't understand what you're asking me as a daycare provider. When I am marketing, is talking about my waitlist important? Is telling people my capacity important to me? Is letting people know my reputation for safety important to me? Is that what it's asking? And if so, how am I supposed to rate each question - should I pretend "strongly agree" is 1 and "strongly disagree" is 5? And should I not use the same number twice?

Also question 12 assumes we are in Canada, but most of us on the forum are in the U.S. and there was no option for "other", so I just chose Vancouver, then put my real city in the next question.

Anyway, just wanted to point that out.
