Mean Mommy

I have had my Mean Mommy face and voice on all week. Yesterday and today I had to go straight to consequences, no discussion. It was getting to the point where they just were trying to get rise out of me. So no rise, just bland but stern face and voice and consequence for you, kiddo.

I hate being Mean Mommy.

Haha...same here. Except when my dck's know I'm upset with them, they will tell me they love me. Guess they think that makes it all better...and it does

Today has been mostly blissful, except for the one meltdown because I wouldn't take her to the swimming pool. No idea where that came from-we don't go to the swimming pool. I told her it was closed, she had a huge meltdown and fell asleep. ::

Yesterday was another story. DCG told me I was the bad guy. Yep, if you hit, throw, etc, I will be the bad guy and make you stop.
