    Can't Catch A Break..

My special little dcg ... Can't catch a break... Myself and the mom have told the docs over and over she's aspirating... She was in the hospital a few weeks ago due to aspiration...they will not listen to us.

So she's back in there.... I watched her two of the days this week while mom was at work.... And thankfully my husband is home and can watch my long term afternoon kid.... And I'm going up to the hospital to sit with my baby girl while mama is at work. They admitted her today and with jobs hard to find, mama doesn't want to lose her job. They are VERY VERY thoughtful there and she makes her own schedule but since it was last minute, nobody could make up the shift.

So I told mom I'd go up there and bring her baby Netflix on my iPad... Her favorite when she's not feeling well. Mom never leaves her alone. She didnt ask me though, she never asks and never expects. I love moms like her. She's 30 weeks pregnant with a boy... And I'm excited too!!

But anyway, if you pray, please keep KYLEE in your prayers.... Yes I said her name with moms permission...

This little girl is very very special... To my family and her mama...

Thanks guys... I heard her crying when I got off the elevator.... The nurse had her in a wagon and she was sitting at the door.. She had been crying a while... She cries if anyone other than me or mom gets near her even if she isn't sick.

As SOON as she saw me she broke out in a huge smile... And has been happy ever since I got here.. Laughing and chattering with me...

Mom is happy she perked up and the nurses said this is the best her resp rate and sats have been all day...

I brought her goodies too of course

I just got home from the hospital. I asked the nurse if she could do the midnight therapies a little early at 1100pm so my baby could get a little rest. She was so exhausted. She agreed and mom got there about 1145 pm and as I tried to leave KYLEE got very upset. So I stayed a little longer and she fell asleep.

I think her grandma who showed up at 1100 pm got her feelings hurt because I knew more about the baby than she did so the new nurses coming on we're asking ME questions about her history etc. Problem is, grandma lives with mom and baby and doesn't have a clue. She is a retired cop but doesn't know a thing about her grand baby. She isn't supportive of ever baby or mama either but she had to make her presence known at the hospital yanno.

Anyway, long story short. Shoot I'm tired . Baby wouldn't let me even sit down. She was a hot mess. She wouldn't even let the nurse give her meds in her j tube so I did them instead (they let parents do them u less they are IV).

She loved the goodies I took her and of course watched her some Netflix.

              Gosh I love my KYLEE.

Tanks everyone for the warm wishes and prayers. It meant a lot.
