So DCD drops off DCB this morning and tells me its going to be a rough day because DCB is getting his top front teeth and has been horribly crabby all weekend. As he is leaving he says, let me know if you need anything, I have the day off so I'll be home today. REALLY??? Come on.

I know! I cringe when I hear that. They pay me either way, but it's just sad. I have one family who does it very often. Another family is the opposite. They will pick up their daughter an hour early if they got off early, if they have the day off she stays home, even if one parent is sick, they keep her home with them. It's awesome. The other family.... not so much!!
