        NO exceptions.

My parents usually try to do early am appointments and then bring them after. As long as they are good to return to care it's fine with me. Agree not during nap time though....

I do. If they come back during nap then I would just let them sit with me or bring their cot into the playroom. I use my son's bedroom as the nap room so they won't bother anyone anyways, unless of course they throw a fit when being dropped back off. I haven't had to encounter this yet though.

It just all depends on why they went to the doctor. Most parents have to return to work. I do ask them though, to please make the appointment early enough so that they are not returning them right in the middle of lunch or during nap, as you all know, that is very disruptive.

Depends on what it's for, and not during nap time. For instance, if they have an ear infection and need antibiotics, then no, they are disqualified from returning because they need to be on antibiotics for a full 24 hours before returning. I am also iffy about vaccinations because I don't want a reaction on my watch.
