I was just wondering what the rules and regulations were for unlicensed in home child care providers in Wisconsin. How many kids can you have and what ages?

you can have up to 3 children under the age of 7. If you want to accept state funded children, you must be regulated by being either certified (3 children under 7, plus over), or licensed (8 children total).
