Question About Advertising

I think I may advertise to fill a spot that will be open in September. I've never had to advertise in the past, so this is a new thing for me. How far in advance should I start putting the word out?

If you have space available in the fall why not just say that in an advertisement?

Say something like

Now enrolling for Fall 2013!

or

Fall enrollment begins now, please call 555-5555

Or something along those lines.

well it isn't like I just thought of it.... I actually read your post a couple times and didn't have any answers..... my screen was open to your post when my DH came in for lunch and he said "Well why doesn't she just say 'Now taking enrollments for Fall' if she doesn't have anything open until then?"

I did the smacks face with palm thing then.....
