My Turn To Ask For Cori Background Check... How You Do It?

Not related to daycare but... now with my daycare closed and all the daycare stuff was sold, we are almost done with renovation the apartment where I had the daycare and ready to advertise the "Apartment For Rent! "

But I want to do a Cori Background Check in every possible new tenant and have no clue how to do it... anyone here knows how that is done? Where do I start/go?

As a landlord, I would also require a credit check too. That is common in my area.

I'd also get previous rental references if you can, plus at least two personal references. That will help you collect past due rent if the relationship does happen to go bad. Never hurts to be prepared

I am not sure about your state laws/rules but I think you can just Google how to run a tenant credit check and you should get TONS of sites and info on how to do that.
