Does anyone know of a FREE program I can visually see who is here for a block of time? Like a spreadsheet with kids in a column to the left & hourly time along the top. Does this make sense? I know I can make one in Excel if I had the time. I'm open for 3 shifts & I mentally know why is coming & going, but it would be nice to see it for future planning. Anybody? Please & thank you!!!

I have a daily/week one I use. I do use different colors to indicate part timers , or spots being held ect..
Each child is velcroed on so it's easily movable. Hard to explain but I LOVE it! Takes all the schedules out of my head and makes it visible for others. I also just made another one to keep track of all the changes for summer and up coming school year.
I will gladly send you the two pics if you would like
Oh and on the pull off Velcro tabs I buy those little yard sale like stickers 4 colors to a pack. Kids change I just put a new sticker/ name on top
I made mine on 2 pieces of laminated card stock but have been thinking of transferring it to a dry erase board with the Velcro tabs- Flag

Actually i just had a better thought. Use Google Calendar. You can make things all sorts of different colors and can probably print if needed, too.Hee hee! Look, I have a signature!- Flag

Does Google Calendar have time slots? Like you can see a bar of time being taken by a child? I'll look when the 2nd shifters go to bed. Thanks!!- Flag
