Wet bag required here too ... I don't allow Tge plastic bags because I like how Tge wet bags really help keep the smell in. I also require a package of disposable diapers for emergencies (in case we run out of cloth diapers) and if they don't bring a wet bag I will not use the cloth diapers at all.

Did you get the bag? Would hate to see them going home with a wet, smelly diaper bag. I don't like when people use the excuse of hectic mornings. Everyone has hectic mornings-prepare the night before. I use to pack everything and stick it in the car after the kids went to bed-in the winter, even my lunch. Once I did forget the diaper bag, but darn right I called work, told them I'd be late, drove home and got it......it's essential to care!

I had my first family with cloth diapers for almost a year now. I agreed to try it and have continued for them, but am NOT a fan of cloth!
They do bring a wet bag for the diapers and then another for soiled/ wet clothing.
Each time i unzip the bag to put in another, the odor is so strong!
Also, when they have a bm, you have wipes to still deal with, can't roll them up and put in diaper to toss like disposables!

They provide wet bag most of the time, but when they forget I have plastic bags. I use them to line our small waste baskets and for cleaning out the cat box so we always have some around.

If you run out of plastic bags, what about bread/bun bags?

Bread bags are a good idea too, I was gonna use the produce bags if push came to shove.
