    SHOUT OUT to Nannyde!

I just had the most phenomenal consult with daycare.com's very own Nannyde. To say the insight I gained, not only as a provider and business owner but into myself as a person, was invaluable as heck is an understatement.

She was honest, knowledgeable and had a wonderful sense of humor to boot. Our talk removed the HUGE dark cloud that had been looming ever since I took on a particularly challenging family. She was able to help sort out the details, give me amazing feedback I myself wasn't even able to see, and then give me reasonable solutions to help not only work things out on a professional level but to help me deal with my personal feelings about it all too.

I just cannot say enough good things about her and wish there was a way I could give her a proper thank you!

She has a blog here on the forum - by all means check it out - www.daycare.com/nannyde

And if you ever get stuck please don't hesitate to contact her for a consult. I promise you it would be worth your while. The things we talked about will certainly stick with me for the duration of my childcare career

(I checked with Michael and he ok'd me sharing my endorsement )

That is great! I enjoy reading her advice here on the board. I'm sure her consultations are even more wonderful.

I always look forward to reading her take and advice on things. She has changed the way I handle many issues just from the little bit I have read from her on here.

this is actually one of the reasons I joined this site.. as a provider who will be licensed in a couple months, I am finding things even now getting to be a bit overwhelming at times (and I'm still in the paperwork/classes stage). Knowing that some good sound advice from people that have been before where I am now is readily available is something I feel will be a definite help.
