When I get a bigger house and more DC space I want to use Ikea spice racks for the books for my Book Nook.
I like that they are smaller and eye pleasing...

But I plan on getting a preschool sturdy version of my sling bookcase anyway. I just like how many books you can keep in them and they're easy for little hands to take books out of and put back in.

I have IKEA spice racks for my book shelves. I love them. Inexpensive, and the children can reach them easily.

I have a huge built-in bookcase. It holds about 700 childrens books. It has 6 shelves, 3 on each side. The kiddos can reach the bottom one on each side. That is where my books go that can get destroyed. They can pull those out and do what they want with it.

IKEA spice racks are great. It keeps the selection of books small and it's easy for them to be put back. I also have a basket with board books.
